Summary of Dr Vegan Debloat and Detox Review
We don’t always choose the ‘healthy’ options, and often don’t even know which foods cause us a problem, so many of us suffer with bloating and cramps as a result. This Dr Vegan Debloat and Detox supplement has been a revelation, and is very effective in relieving my abdominal discomfort.
So if, like me, you suffer from bloating and abdominal discomfort, you may find that this eco-friendly, vegan supplement is just right for you too.

Cons
- Price
I have been taking Dr Vegan’s Debloat and Detox for several weeks now, so read on to find out more about this supplement and its effectiveness.
However, if you are in any doubt about your health, or if you are pregnant, consulting your Doctor would be a good thing to do first. You can read my article on Vegan Pregnancy too for more information.
High Quality Ingredients, including Silymarin
Many similar supplements focus just on Milk Thistle, a trusted ingredient that helps detox the liver (providing it contains Silymarin, the active element of Milk Thistle).
The great thing about the Dr Vegan Debloat and Detox supplement is that it contains Silymarin and a broader spectrum of ingredients than many others, so is effective in a number of different areas including:
- Detoxifying the Liver
- Supporting the urinary tract and gall bladder
- Helping to maintain healthy cholesterol levels
It is also completely free from:
- Lactose
- Gluten
- Dairy
- Allergens
Being a vegan company as well means that this supplement is suitable for almost everyone (they are halal and kosher-friendly too). Dr Vegan’s online articles are also incredibly helpful, including this one on how Debloat and Detox actually works.
Starts Working Quickly
Like many people, I suffer from bloating and abdominal discomfort and whilst some remedies can have a temporary effect, next time I eat I get the same problem.
After just over a week of taking the Dr Vegan Debloat and Detox supplement, I started noticing a more permanent improvement. Now, more than 2 weeks in, that improvement has continued and the bloating and discomfort I felt before has all but disappeared.
I had previously been taking another brand’s Milk Thistle supplement for many months, and whilst it may have been doing great things, there were no obvious improvements from my perspective. Therefore, to have seen such a dramatic change in just a couple of weeks has been very reassuring.
If you are an IBS sufferer too, Dr Vegan does a ‘Gut Health Bundle’ which could be of interest to you.
Easy to Swallow
OK, I’m a wimp when it comes to swallowing tablets. I have been known to complain for hours that a tablet is stuck in my throat, despite copious amounts of dry bread and huge glasses of water to try and shift it.
Consequently, when I saw that the Dr Vegan Debloat and Detox capsules were of a similar size to my paracetamol ones, I felt sure that my husband would probably be finding an excuse to go out every time I took one.
However, they seem to slip down really easily. I don’t know how you’ve managed it Dr Vegan, but hats off to you! I take them with a glass of water and with a couple of mouthfuls of breakfast still to eat, and have yet to experience any issues swallowing them at all. Must be magic…

My conclusion on Dr Vegan Debloat and Detox
As quite a few people will testify, I can be difficult to convince, but I’m most definitely a convert, for all the reasons I’ve described.
This supplement has worked so well for me and whilst it can sound a little dramatic to say something is life-changing, these have been, well, life-changing…
Everyone I know seems to have at least one food sensitivity, and reacts negatively to at least one commonplace ingredient, me included. Add in my love for the odd glass of wine (OK, several glasses of wine), and I certainly count myself in as someone who experiences abdominal discomfort and bloating.
It took a couple of weeks before this supplement started to kick in properly, but when it did, it made such a difference and I now take it all the time. There are still odd occasions when I will get bloating (I really don’t get along with seitan made from wheat gluten but love some of the Wagamama dishes that use it!) but even in these situations, my symptoms are reduced significantly from what I experienced before.
You can get used to living with ‘ailments’, but it can often be worth looking at your lifestyle and making changes to it, including supplementing a healthy diet where needed with a high quality product. I’m pleased I have and would definitely recommend this Dr Vegan Debloat and Detox supplement.
